Yes, please. Anything to minimize pickoff throws and incentivize actual baseball plays such as the stolen base or hit-and-run. And if the double play becomes less automatic, we might see fewer all-or-nothing hitters.It's unclear what levels the rule will affect in 2020, but at least some parts of the minors will play with a new pickoff rule.
