Closer Sean Doolittle says Nationals players will take it upon themselves to restore what minor leaguers are supposed to lose in weekly stipends this coming month. The team decided to reduce weekly pay from $400 to $300 and cut more than 30 minor leaguers at the end of last week.
Just watched a protester in DC move his mask, cough and spit on the ground. Ugh. Covid-19 could be a mess again whenever streets become quiet again. Hope it’s not but I long to be horrified by middle-aged party people at Lake of the Ozarks again. Those were the good old days.
