Alabama point guard Jahvon Quinerly was denied his appeal from the NCAA Committee for Legislative Relief. Was hoping to play immediately after transferring from Villanova.
Remember, it’s all about athlete welfare. After all, we have to be (in)consistent. It’s much better to have the athlete playing at age 24 than age 20.

Only athletes are presumed guilty, immediately suspended, and must prove themselves innocent. Quite a contrast to coaches facing allegations in the FBI investigations and federal prosecutions...they are presumed innocent until proven guilty. What an amazing concept.
