Good grief. How slow and ineffective is the NCAA legislative process that you ask Congress to do YOUR JOB? The NCAA will never allow NIL rights for players. The NCAA just wants an antitrust exemption to continue the cartel.
Power 5 conferences are now asking Congress to bypass NCAA & move to give college athletes rights to earn $ from name, image, likeness. Nice to see some autonomy. However, not holding breath on federal action. Glad to see Florida has applied big pressure. https://t.co/DzbwknLbxl
I respectfully differ with my colleague. Performers, whether athlete, musician or dancer, are not required to perform during a pandemic because essential employees work. That is a false equivalence. Any performer making such a decision is neither entitled, spoiled nor a brat.
RT @gerrydulac: The difference between an onside kick and the 4th-and-15 proposal is the element of surprise -- the biggest reason teams use the tactic -- is gone. You think the New Orleans Saints would have chosen a fourth-and-15 play to start second half of Super Bowl XLIV?
Haven’t seen the Astros, the parent club of the ValleyCats, take a position on this yet.
𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐌. 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐋. 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃. Freshman reserve @JKing241 was at his best performing in hostile @MAACHoops road environments, shooting a scintillating 5⃣6⃣% from distance while coming off the bench to average 7⃣.4⃣ points #MarchOn #Attack #Finish #EAT
Shaker High grad will be eligible next season after transferring from Siena.
